Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m so glad you’re here!

Background
My Journey
My passion for this work started long before my career.
Growing up with adopted siblings, I witnessed firsthand how trauma and adoption shape a child’s world—and the ripple effect it has on families. Those early experiences stayed with me and deeply influenced how I see children, behavior, and relationships. These experiences also shaped my desire to become an educator and dedicate my life to working with children, families, and teachers.
Education + Work Experience
Professional Life
In December of 2023, I finished my Bachelors degree in special education, and in August of 2024, I completed my Masters in curriculum and instruction. After teaching special education, I went on to become an instructional coach, working with teachers to improve classroom management and behavior strategies. During my time as an instructional coach, I became a certified practice based coach and a licensed trauma-informed coach through the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
Philosophy
What Matters Most
At the core of my work is a simple belief:
Behavior is communication.
When we begin to understand what’s underneath the behavior, everything changes. We shift from reacting out of frustration to responding with clarity and intention.
I believe:
Connection must come before correction
Children need to feel safe before they can learn or regulate
There is always a reason behind behavior—even when it’s hard to see
Vision
Future Vision
The grassroots of this business have been in progress for over five years, as working 1-on-1 with families has always been my goal. Through coaching, resources, and education, my goal is to:
- Empower caregivers with practical, effective tools
- Help adults feel calm and confident in challenging moments
- Support children in building regulation, trust, and resilience
- Create ripple effects that impact homes, classrooms, and communities
